turtlek Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Thanks Holy unfortunately i will be jobless for a while so posting will be few and far between (Damn there goes my post count haha) this gives me the opportunity to ride a lot more and not worry about not being able to train thanks to late nights and stuff like that Sorry guys no more free entrances into the rink!!!!! and the worst news of all is that there will definitely be no more Ice Crit!!!

Sometimes a person needs a wake up call to come back to reality and realise that bad things can hapen to everyone.At least I will be able to relook my position and make any necessary changes in my life.

I sent out 18 CV's and received 9 enquiries back and went for 7 job interviews. I could choose between 5 firm offers. Just go for it as hard as you can ........ you will experience your own strenght and growth in this time.

Moab Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Dude i feel your pain i was suspended from work until further notice looks like i will be getting the letter as well!!!!Ouch what did you do wrong turtle? skate the wrong way around on the ice? or spend to much time on the hub during working hours? Was accused of theft and not given a hearing or anything was sent to a polygraph and even though i passed it seems like the boss has a personal vendetta against me due to feeling threatened so looks like i will be going to the CCMA for legal help due to unfair dismissal!!!! P.S. anybody looking for a competent bike mechanic and salesman??????? good refferences and a few years experience *hijack* turtlek: i will start your mechanic business off: i need a preargus service on my road bike. want the job? then i will need a service of my mtb after argus... can give that to you as well.
