You never see it in Europe except in cold weather and time trials. .. actually - if you closely - you can see that his shoes and socks are just similar colours - look at the previous pic and you can see the buckles and straps. I know it's now 5 individual day races and not a stage race, but are they still going to have a "series" winner at the end?
