I just cant believe they scored the Nobby Nic so well, if that's the case I don't trust anything they have tested cuz the Nobby Nic is the worst tyre I have yet to use, it feel slike I'm riding on egg shells, it's crappy on the back and front, it's useless imo. I'd take the Kenda Nevagal they scored so crappy any day over the Nobby Nic on the front.

Its difficult enough choosing tyres. To now decide on front and rear specific will burn my toast. I am taking them as a pair.

In that case buy WTB'S Wolverine. I think the ADvantage might be overkill.

Wolverines are fast, light and grippy. Seriously underrated. Or HH front with a Crossmark on the bak.

Or just buy Nevegals! Also, are you taking the looming winter into consideration? High Rollers and Nevegals will work fine winter or summer. Nevegals can be a bit draggy for "race snakes", but they hook up no matter what. In summer you can fit a Small Block 8 out back.

Maybe a local tyre shott out won't e such a bad idea.

I'm a Nevegal fan and it's just so freaking damn expensive to try new stuff.

glad you liked the Wolverenes caus Im going to try them front for sure will see what their like for the front. I ghear you about the winter, thars why Im thinking of trying something else.

Splat mentioned That Kenda void their warrentee If you run them with sealent.. what crap.. What AM I supposed to do for sealing then? are they saying their tires arnt for tubless use? come on.. Its the future.. not even, its the benchmark.

Thanks for the Input Crow, We should just organise a ride and when we do go ride we try the other wheels out.

Not like you gonna have any warretee isseus with the Nevegals. I've used sealent in them for years without probelms, don't be a pansie, just buy them! Let me know what you can get them for here if you go with them.

I dont know what they go for In SA or If you get them here. Bowmons In town sell WTB tyres, might go look.

I wonder if ARAMID bead meens Armoured bead... like lekker strong?

A friend of mine Raced the exiwolf tyres and was very happy with them. said he did a stans conversion and they were 100%

And then again that Maxxis you were eyeing last night also looks lekker. The Ignitor...

Oo, I see, nice solid weight. But it looks like the tyre should go on the front. I'd still rather have the Nevegal on front, the 2.3 is also a bit heavier but really strong. The Ignitor looks like it will go nicely on the back.

Ya marius Dit Lyk soos n front.. But at the same time I could run the Ignitor F + Rear..

Ya I ride the Toobless.(stans) I ride LUST at the back at the moment and The normal kevlar on the front. Ive never had problems with the kevlar up front although In some peoples books Im taking a risk. but Its payed off. I only weigh 66kg though.

That aside. I dont know man. The Nevegal looks slow to me. But They say Its not..

The WTB is F & R. I had it on the Mojo with Stans. It's a better tyre than the Ignitor. Ignitor works in summer with a CrossMark rear.

Nevegals can be slow. Just depends what you compare them to and what riding you do. I'm willing to sacrifice climbing speed for grip on the way down. I run 2.35 F & R and they grip like hell. But I'd love to stumble upon a tyre with Nevegals grip but road tires weight and speed!

That's why I'm wanting to try the HH or Minion DHF F & R. I'll probably go with Super Tacky 2.35 HH UST. I'm slow on the way up in any case. This way at least I get to blame the tyre!
