fandacious Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 What are all the steps involved and parts required. I need the full hydraulic disc brake system. My frame and fork CAN take disc brakes I assume i need new wheels as well anything else?
Tumbleweed Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 all you need it disc hubs. you can get these laced to your existing rim-brake rims. decent set of wheels would set you back at least R3500. rebuild with new spokes could cost as little as a grand.

Mudsimus Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 I can recommend getting novatec disc hubs. They are cheap, but the quality is very good. If you've got decent rims at the moment, keep them and just add the hubs.
