You have a great frame. Titanium is always a long term investment and you should just build around it.

I would pay some $$$ towards a pro setup, it will probably change your h/bar and stem. After that invest in some new wheels, rather spend a bit more (remember you're not changing the frame!), Reynolds DV goes for 12,5K they're light AND strong (people do cyclocross with them) and to top it off they're FAST.

I would go for either a CF or Carbon/Alu, Ti flexes alot, but good memory. Carbon is good and comfortable, but rember that it has a lifetime, the older it gets, the more it starts flexing, you can of course stiffen it by popping the frame in a freezer, the fibres shrink again and the frame stiffens up. There are not many bikes that can compete against a Colnago, personally, a C40 or E1. I would be biast because I only stock Wilier, Cervelo and De Rosa, but a word of advice, stick to names that you know, have a look on the net at what bikes the bottom end pro teams ride, not the top teams. The reason for that is that the small teams has to ride that frame for the whole year, so it has to last. I've been riding my Wilier for 2years when I road in Belgium, and it is still as stiff as anything.

OcTaLL, Just checked out your website again. Gr8 prices on cranks as well. By the way what is Octalink (FSA Carbon crank) and would it be suitable for use on Campy groupset?

Octallink is the bb the same as shimano 9spd low profile cranks has. You get 2 main systems, ISIS and OCTALLINK, and of course the old type where the crank needs a crank puller to get it off
