He would weigh 10kg less if he did not spend every track meet on wednesday nights in Pretoria and most sundays training and assisting the GN development riders and having then to try and fit a little training into the time that he has left. 

 

Also hats off to TCS in making it possible for the GN development guys to go to the trackchamps the weekend.

Or he could just eat a couple less pies, seems like Sheldon and GO2.0 could start a trackieFatFighters up norf, bit like Marjorie Dawes and Fatfighters from Little Britain. LOL

 

But giving credit where it's due; Sheldon does loads for GN track, I'll bet CGC wish they knew his magic formula Wink
