Christopher Brunsdon Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 Gave a Gel a try this morning and made a difference. The Crazy Berry is rather nice. I only cycle uphills (about 12km and come to Somerset West if you want to see how steep they are !!!) vs straight and flat roads, and must say I understand why using Gels helps for recovery. Usually I'm wasted and need to rest after a mere 5km uphill, but now I feel like fine

I've seen a whores handbag tidier than their racks I must also add. Did not have time to bitch and moan as I was limited with my time, also no-one to complain too but that is Somerset Mall service for you!!!
