Pressure in Back Shock???

I'm 77kg and is on a TREK Feul EX7. The shock is a FOX float pr2.

10Bar ???

Only done 50km and still getting use to all the movement ....Wink

measure the total stroke and then as Mampara says 20-30% to start off with. so if it is a shorter shock i.e. 50-60mm, when you sit with all your weight the shock should only "sag" around 15-20mm..... if it is too much then just pump to suit.....

The Rebound (red) nob should be turned to suit your riding style.  Start in the middle - count the clicks from Soft min to hard max and divide by 2.
