geax make an all white tire, R600+ but honestly, use them only if you dont mind scrubbing your rubbers after each ride with handy andy - they turn brown before you even leave your driveway...

I dunno so much about those, I plan to get some American Classic wheels and they have white rims. Be nice to add the white wall for some pimp ridiing, but I dont want to go all white.
