man, that is sooo hot. Do you just move the rear wheel all the way in on horizontal drop-outs? Interesting headset. It almost looks like a BB.

If you get Stans rims on American Classic hubs you can save about 600-800gr. Cranks for sure. If you are not too attached to your pedals you can look at Look Quarts carbons (not Ti) and save another 100gr.

Matchstix its alu yup! Weighed 1300g at my LBS on their hand held scale (not sure how accurate that is though).
