Which Floor Pump

I have a Serfas one. It broke at some point, took it to the LBS to find out if they have replacement parts. They immediately replaced it with a complete new pump - I did not know Serfas has a  lifetime gaurentee.

Bought a Giant floor pump for under R180 from one of my LBS's.

 

Has the head which has both Presta & Schrader holes.

 

Seeing that I don't have tubbies and am unlikely to ever get, the maximum of 11 bar it can pump to is more than ample for me.

i bought a pump from Trade Center - i saw one with a rad multi-purpose head.

Attachments for both valves, for soccerballs and lilo's/Blowup Dolls.

 

Cost me R185 or maybe less i cannot remember - i thought i scored the deal of the century. - Pumped up a soccerball in the store as a test. Stoked.

 

Went home and it is the crappest pump with the coolest head ever.

Its a raleigh - or a no-name brand with a raleigh sticker on it.

I have a Ryder floor pump which decided last night at an inopportune moment to break.

So I need to buy a new floor pump.

Only requirement is that the head of the pump attaches to both Presta & Schrader valves.

Any recommendations ?

 

Ryder have a lifetime guarantee!! Mine broke...I took it back to the LBS and was replaced with a new one...

All okay if it breaks but not for the spares JB mentioned. Mine rubber in the head wore out and I could not get anything to match it. The TopPeak has spares to rebuild the whole thing. And it has a steel base. And you do not need to change any rubbers to fit different valves, it's got a dual valve head.
