Torque Setting

Managed to eventually find a torque wrench. Does anyone know what setting (as in Nm), I should be using on my carbon bits (seatpost, handlebars, stem, etc.). I very worried I'm going to over tighten and crack the carbon.

Here is a little document i put together after converting the in-lb. from the Park Tool site to NM. I have also added specs form various of my own components, and the ones in red are highlited for my easy reference.

Print it out, and stick a copy in your tool box, or on the wall in your workshop...
