That was at Cajee's Fourways and that was just the bottle

The kit was about R1100  if I remember correctly

The bottle was bigger than the slime bottles so I assume it would do more than 2 wheels

I use that stuff you can buy at Sportsman's called Dr Sludge.

When i originally bought it it lasted forever and i had no problems at all but ever since i think i am wasting my time. It doesn't seem to make any difference these days.

A big bottle of Stans does 8 tyres for me, and I would never use anything else. Joe's gets sticky and if you take a tyre off, the sidewalls stick together and are therefore much harder to re-seat.

@ R450 I would hope that it is (the one I saw at Cajee's)the big bottle you are refering to

Giant what do you pay for the big bottle?

Thats 112.50 per 2 wheel application and i think I paid R90 for the last bottle of slime I bought so when you put it that way its not a train smash price wise

Can you get a smaller bottle to be more gentle on the walletSmile

Giant how long do you leave the Stans before you change or top up?

Problem with Joes + Stans is they dry up....

OKO says theirs lasts the lifetime of the tyre. Im testing this myself and so far no drying up...

RAD, how much OKO do you use per tyre?

I bought litres of the stuff from you!!

Did a very succesful ghetto on my back wheel last Sunday...I used 2 x Mr Min capful (diluted with a few drops of water).

Was this enough?

On the ghetto - my tyre is non UST and a bitch to seat - far too loose on the rim..But after avisit tot he service station - noo problemo...sealed up well and still hard..tried to burp/dislodge it on a 10km ride...but no avail!!

So, i;m a hopeful converted tubless MTBiker!!

I just got a set of Maxxis Crossmarks (foldable) from my LBS for a steal, tempted to try the ghetto again. Will wait till after MTB Challenge

According to my bottles it says 190ml per tyre but thats for MTB I would think that road is Half so call it 100ml... So work out the volume of a Mr Min Cap
