Installing my BB last night I realised I did not take note which spacers goes where when I removed it from my other frame.

The frames BB is 68mm wide and needs to have all three spacers in place. But on the instruction manual I can not make out if the image is a view from the bottom or the top. So I don't know if the 2 spacer need to go on the left or right hand side. I think the right because the spacing between the crank arms to the chain stays are almost identical.

Funny, i had my Zaskar on the work stand last night, and i actually noticed this. The drive side (right) had two spacers, and the left side had one. Hope that helps you out!

Depends on your crankset as well. I converted my XT crankset to a 2 blade setup, to get a better chainline, I moved the one spacer on the driveside to the other side. With triple rings two spacers on driveside and one on the other side, like Zaskar mentioned.

So Deamon, you say I would get better line for my middle and large ring with two on the left. I only use my granny gear as a chain catcher.

Okay, then drive side it is.

Para, with your BB shell being 68mm wide and running a triple Shimano crank, put 2 spacers on the drive side and 1 on the non-drive side.

It's a view from the back/top and the two spacers go on the right. If you look at all the other figures in the document, you'll see that the long BB tube goes in from the crank side.

that image made think the view was from the top.

Do you realise that if you put 2 spacers on non drive side your pedals move to the left as well? Don't think that's a good idea.
