On the last training ride, the group was two-paced.

I am training at current intensity level of 25 km/h average.

If this matches your training objectives, more or less, kom saam.

Feel free to join me on Saturday and Tuesday, public holiday, from 07h00 - 10h00ish...

Details To Follow.

See you soon at 28 km/h avg, DD...

Hopefully, your training spec did not elevate to 33 km/h avg by then...

I'm still struggling to see the value of 25km/h rides....... except if you are doing 1500m of climbing or into a 50km/h head wind

Endurance. Low Hr and high cadence.

I have several objectives with that spec, DD, which is only 8 weeks in the off-season.

Work on my cadence / tempo.

Work on my lazy left leg.

Release some life stress without placing too much pressure on my cardiovascular system.

Burn fat as I love chocolates and fried onions. :-)

Enjoy some social time as my solo rides [50% of my ride time per week during office hours] are more focused.
