Setting out from corner St Johns and Racecourse via Wellington Rd, Fisantekraal, Klipheuwel Rd, left at the silos and back in on Wellington. Aiming to average around 30km/h, depending on conditions. Going over Red Hill and Black Hill etc etc etc....so a lot of traffic and congestion around that area.....I know I'm running it ......doing the Wingerd On Saturday in S/West; nice as I live 2mins from Helderberg College Road

I drove through by car on Saturday to Rustenburg to be with family. Will be coming back again on Wednesday after the funeral. Wannabe2010-02-21 14:25:22

In my mind's eye, you were with the bunch doing the Argues Route on Saturday. He was suffering, had Asbestoses and Emphesemia caused by working on Asbestos mines in 80's, and SMOKING since age 13 . Thanks for invite, sounds like a plan to me. Will get back to you with the day.
