Ha ha ...ek dink nie so nie !! Die laaste keer ek Afrikaans gepraat het, was saam my daai ou boer in Swellendam by die DC !!! Hy is nogsteeds in 'n dwaal oor my taal gebruik, of so iets !!! I'm gonna stop now , while I'm sort of ahead with die taal !

I am in Jhb away with work next weekend - Thu to Sun - and will be spinning this week during early morning rides until Wed.

Easter Saturday 23/04 Long Steady Distance

"Goin' For Coffee And Croissant In Somerset West while many runners tackle the Two Oceans Half & Ultra Marathon"

 

Start: 06h30 from Graanendal Shopping Centre, Goedemoed, Durbanville.

Distance: 100 kms or so.

Stop Time: 20 minutes

Avg Speed: 27 km/h

Route: If the wind blows from the South, we will follow the flattish tarmac via Kuilsrivier and Blackheath and return via the rolling route to Stellenbosch.

If the wind blows from the North, we will follow the reverse.
