I bought some items off their website, and although their shipping wasn't the cheapest (sent via FedEx) it arrives within 7 days (from the US - that's fast). Plus, after I had paid I noticed that they were offering a further discount on some of the items I bought - which I didn't know about. I emailed them and the next day, they had refunded my credit card with the discount. Really a fantastic experience!!!
