Does any Hubber own one of these 100 year old anniversary Bianchi

 

 

I have a frame that looks very similar, I think it's a mid to late 80s Mondiale slx.

 

But, I don't know anyone that has one.

What a beauty! I own this early 1980's Rekord 841 with original Bianchi water bottle and pump. I bought it "brand new" from Italian Cycles in Sandton in 1997. Unfortunately the brake hoods disintegrated about 10 years ago. Is it still possible to source them?

Bianchi Mondiale, probably 1987/89

very nice are u building it up.

One day, not sure when!!!

 

Have a couple of other projects first. A pair of Deltas i bought cheaply, but in poor condition, so stripped and wracking my brains on how best to restore them. Some very bad corrosion and pitting.

 

A pair if seized '73 Dura Ace calipers, same thing.
