Got wheels, those shown are Superbe Pro. '84/85 Battaglin Record (changed from DA 7400 to Record). Waiting for the right bar tape and crank. My pina fork was forked. Had it redone and it looks spanking.2) yes it can. They tape it up and bobs your uncle.. However the place that did my fork had a colnago for this process.3) no ideas about Cape Town. Google will help. Keywords like electro plating Cape Town should give you something to work with.
