Great wheels' date=' they are light and responsive for the price. they also make the bike look so much better.[/quote']

For how long are you riding with your wheelset?

Hi

I had mine since last year.  Great wheels, light and keep on rolling.  No complaints, although I do tend to ride more jeep track than heavy/rocky single track.

Still very happy with them, also great looking wheels

Ive got an set, they are light!

Not very strong, I hit an rock and the rear wheel sort of bent on the lip. Used a good ol vicegrip to bend it back.

But they look cool!

A mate of mine has these with tubeless rim strips and is very happy (just done Transbaviaans on them).

I rode two Epics (07 & 08) on a pair of American Classic hubs & Mavic 217 rims, purchased in 06 with no issues. Initially I had some bearing issues but these were upgraded and I still have the spares I bought for the Epic...After many km's it was suggested that an upgrade the freehub mechanism with the new one as it was worn although still working OK

Bought a set of Mavic Crossmax SL and the rear hub wants way more loving care.

AC's are now on my wifes bike.

And now? How are they - did you convert them to tubeless? I'm in the market for a set but not sure if I should rather go for a true tubeless rim rather than have to go through the process of using a conversion kit.
