I've got a Polar CS300, and I'm struggling to upload all my data to the internet. I just want to find out if there's someone who has the same problem/if there'e someone who's uploading and who can tell me what type of mic he's using.

My friend has the same problem as you. He records the sound on his pc then he plays it back through his desktop speakers.

Thats the only way he could get it to upload.

Same problem!  Have not found the solution yet, but going to try the speaker thing!

Have a friend with exactly the same problem with cs300.

Must be manufacturars fault.

 

Will try the speaker.

 

Guys at Polar told us to put the mic's sound at 25%, but still doesn't work.

I can't upload my workout via IR.

I could on Tuesday though.

 

Perhaps its not a problem on your side.

I just plug in the mic and then push the listen button. Works 100%. Just make sure the mic is close to the silver plate on the watch and also make sure it is Quite, any noises and you will need to start all over.

I use the laptop build in mic works fine for me. Did use with skype head phones and worked well also

Just got mine working this morning, in my opinion the weaklink in this package but anyway, once the data is up it is actually very cool. This is how i got it to work(Soundmax HD Audio...internal)

1.Put "mic boost" setting on inside control panel

2.Dont use the retry button on the app, rather close and open the whole thing

3.Make sure you know where your mic is...mine is near my webcam on the top of my screen, didn't realise until very late last night.

4.NB if all else fails, especially after you toggled with some settings, restart the machine...btw, this is all that mine needed.
