Hope the young lady on the 20km finished her 20km race. she was about to turn around as the saddle popped of the rails, taped it and saw her a few km's later walking again. This time I unscrewed the plastic bit and made that go over the rail and duct taped it. Think she finished the race after that as we sweeped and did not see her again.

I'm currently doing this with Advendurance to add that extra help out on rout with them For the Trailseeker series in CPT and PTA and also adding the Dual X to the events we do for them with sweeps etc. We have a good relationship with them and trying to add value to their races.

A big thanks to my team down in the Cape that helped being the Choc Cow sweeps on the route. You guys rocked it being busy with mechanicals and medical assistance where needed making sure all the riders get home. Thanks everyone in the Western Cape that made a donation or donated their medal money to Choc, you guys helped us raise R7000 with todays event, you all rock. The race aint finish till the Cows come home. Last Cows on the 70km today finished in 8hr15min. Now we can say no one here beat that in todays race Please help us make a difference and on your next entries for the Nissan Trailseeker to make a donation to us when you enter.

If he joins the Cows that is covered we have about 12 Ice Cream bikes on the route each year. Just need sponsors and riders for them

Just put Centre Lock Adapters on my XT hubs to put on 6 bolt rotors. Adapter cost about R180 each

buy a tool box then you still need to buy xtra things as that was not included in the box. I just need to go collect my press fit bb removing tool. And for hub spanners trust mine to be different, size 18 had to order as well as most places only have the 17 and 19, so 17 it was and file a 1/2mm off each side woila lol. Bought my stuff from 4 different places to get everything I wanted.

Oh do these lot exist? Was a bit skeptical about them as in Feb they still had a festive sale banner on, Phone nr listed doesn't work and between 3 email addresses I sent a mail to, up today no feedback received. So not going to place a big order and hope for the best. Even their facebook activity made it look like they closed down or dissapeard. So they lost out on my money as went elsewhere.

Have a bike set up, something changed, like cleat position or so. I had the same with my right knee with so much pain i could barely walk. After setup never had it again.
