MTB Trails @ Cape POint & Simon's Town

Got a trip planned for 2 weeks to Cape Town and am staying south of Simon's Town.

 

Not too familiar with the area - but does anyone have any ideas of routes that I can do from there?

 

GPS routes/tracklogs would be ideal!

Where is south of Simonstown?

Redhill/blackhill (enjoy the sand) is the closest.Then Silvermine & Tokai.

That would be any latitude below Simionstown i.e. South
