Iwan Kemp Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 A lot depends on the bike. At 178 I am a Medium, but some models/brands can ride a Large. I will assume she's a Large from her height. But best will be to have a proper measurement and fitment done. Bike size is not cut and dry.

Kansas Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 I agree with the crow, you do not say if you are buying new or secondhand. Go to your local bike shop give her legs inseam lenght(provided you want the shop manager to measure) & bobs your uncle.

I think you might have to post pics, That way one can see the preportions.. you know, Long legs and short upper body or short legs and long upper body, know what Im saying
