Guides for routing hydaulic hoses

Has anyone got a DIY or local cable guide solution for routing hydraulic disc brake hoses through or using cable stops?  I would like to route them by the existing brake cable stops.

Those are either Rav-X or BBB ons and they are crap. Unless you run thick hoses they do not clamp tightly at all. Look at the Shimano ones or Hope.

yes, I got some Shimano ones from my LBS (Westdene) after they scrounged around in some boxes.

Or for bikes that does not come equipped with full cable routing for the front and rear derailers ie they have cable stops.

 

this fits into the cable stop and clamps the full cable housing.

 

by the way you can file the ends off the clamp a bit if your cable is a bit thin for a tight fit. this way the clamp will fit snugly.

Sorry I am a bit slow here. Not quite sure what your meaning?

I think he means that you can also use it if you want to run continuous housing for your derailleurs if you do not want to drill out the stops.
