Hi, I was told maybe someone here would know what time the TDF group leaves in the mornings on weekdays?

5:00am or 5:30am if I am not mistaken. Definately 5:30am on Sundays. Why not give Frans a call? 011 9184650

35kmh is about right, faster if characters like OB are there. The only thing missing from their rides are the timing mats.

They a bunch of pansies, ride 50km then stop and have tea and biscuits, then 50 km home, ride is about 30 to 35kph, only fast part is the last 4 km down Atlas road. If you want to train, ride by yourself, if you want a social ride, go with TDF

Anyone got a Smiley that bows down? I need to post one here.

If they are pansies (and I am not disputing your statement, merely qualifying mine), then I must be ground cover or even algae.

Just off to slit my wrists ........

I've heard about the tea and biscuit thing but unfortunately keep missing that.
