I wonder if there will be any "let's see who is strongest on the road" crap when it comes to determining race leadership in the 2010 TDF!! Somehow I can't see Idi doing it again!

Whatever happens, it will keep things interesting. Who will Contador sign up with is the question I ask.

To be honest i do think he is a exceptional talent. But all these politics around Lance and Contandor together with the Lance bashing going on on the hub just really changed my attitude towards him totally. Apart from this it is my opinion that his attitude stinks.

I agree with Jaco. Here you have 2 of cyclings greatest athletes and instead of Contador acknowleding that he was racing with one of the greatest TdF riders of all time it became Lance bashing. Yes, Contador is an exceptional athlete in his own right but his attitude showed poor sportsmanship so may he get 20 or 30 punctures in the next tour and may Lance and his team whip his sorry little butt

Why is it ok to bash Contador (c**tador) but not Armstrong?  Why should Contador acknowledge that he was racing with one of the greatest TdF riders of all time (although I think he did) but Armstrong doesn't have to acknowledge that he was riding with one of the greatest grand tour riders of all time (although I also think he did). 

As far as I could tell they both contributed to the politics between them equally and if their attitudes sucked, their attitudes sucked equally. 

Everyone on theHub has his or her favourite and bashes the other riders to a greater or lesser extent.  Why base an opinion on one hubber's opinion but not the next?  Lets face it, there is as much blind Armstrong fanaticism on theHub as there is Armstrong bashing, not so?

Anyway, watching the tour while Armstrong was dominating was quite boring.  Next year will be anything but.  I can't wait!  And anyone who didn't like the Armstrong or Contador bashing this year shouldn't stick around for next year.
