Here's an update. Rode with local cyclists on Mon, Tues (35), Wed (39) and Thurs (81 k's), mostly triathletes training for 17 Jan event. We meet at Eric's at 5:00 and the rides have been great, the guys and the one girl (kept up with us on her MTB!!!) even better. Many thanks for the fitness ramp up you gave me these days, even tho' you dropped me when you tuck in downhill. Will be looking for you at Eric's on Sunday morning for the long ride. But can someone tell me what time to meet at Eric's?

Am now sitting at a cottage near Hole in the Wall, contemplating a moerse steep track that I intend riding/pushing my bike up tomorrow to start my coastal exploration by MTB.

Frieslands is an awesome little cafe near the Holiday Inn that has the BEST milkshakes in the universe!
