For all of the above:

 

Split raises - on all fours, raise your left leg and right arm, then alternate, repeat as much as you can without losing form.

 

Also attempt a few essentric stomach muscles exerc, like raised bridge, etc.

Ride was baaaaaaaaaaaaaadDead

Mango kindly did me a favour and bent my derailer hanger so I had to rush around to find one on saturday afternoon. Then had a valve fail, then a tube burst so was down to my last one that also had a slow leak. all of this before I even started. 10ks in it pop so had to change the tube. 4 tubes in 10ks or riding

I Was dead on my feet before i even started. Stayed at my friends house and his 2 year old started with tonsolitis so she was up all night coughing and crying. Now she has measles. Shame she is so sick. So i didint get much sleep the whole week end.

 

Then the HEAT geez i died. and not to sure if the alt had a part to play. Buti finished. ashamed of my time but can only get better.

Awh dude that sucks! They punish you at work and at play! Not cool! Ya it was ok hey! Didn't do as well as i'd have liked to. Had crap traffic all morning for the 1st 35kms. Took forever! Then just couldn't find anyone to ride with. Was either flying past them, or they flew past me. retty much a solo effort the entire way
