Shock damage

I borrowed by bike to my brother and on return my Rockshox Judy TT has a missing "cap" on the top right hand side... (if you look at the bike from the front...) will this affect the shock as it seems to be fine and can this be fixed? Thanks a lot in advance

depends on what the cap does. if was an adjustement knob anf there is no oil leaking it should be fine

If its an air Judy as I think it is, the missing cap will have no affect on the fork as it is just a valve cover.

The TT has spring only, So it is the preload adjuster, Go to your LBS, and ask them to arder you a new preload adjuster from Cape Cycles they are the Rock Shox Agents
