Is this a fd top-pull mtb?

the outer gear cable mount is on the back of the seat tube and there seems to be no access hole from the bottom through the carbon( from what i can see in the pic ) . Im going with top pull !

Today's Shimano FDs are both top and bottom pull. It is simply a matter of how you attach the cable. More important though is if it is a high or low clamp. With those exaggerated organic curves in carbon bikes (at the BB) you often cannot get the clamp low enough to have the right clearance above the chainring and have to opt for a high clamp.

Then there is the matter of clamp diameter but I think that's largely solved though some adapters or spacers nowadays.
