7 Customers sometimes change their minds regarding that certain item
8 Cycle Shop stuck with that specific part(Which they paid for)
9 Take crap from all those that think they get ripped off.

And finally

They stay open and keep on taking crap but never run to this forum to complain about a customer. They try and solve the problem to keep the customer happy. Maybe just maybe the customer can do the same.

U forgot point 10:  buy expensive motorbikes and cars,

and point 11:  support a substance habit or therapy for bi polar, depression or ADD or however stress is diagnosed these days (as a famous comedian and LA fan said cocaine is God's way of telling you you have to much money)   (joke people)

and point 12:  yearly overseas vacation

and point 13:  cape epic entry

and lastly point 14:  sponsor all your friends.

 

oops sorry it their money, they worked hard to earn it and I should not expose or speculate how it is spent.

ha ha ha, i suppose the lbs can charge what they feel like, it all boils down to what people are willing to pay and some people have money to splash

Yip I had it with LBS as well..... they don't order, technically incompetant, clueless, and apparantly can not phone out from their premmises!?

 

I buy from CRC and service my own bike...... and want NOTHING everagain to do with a LBS!

One can only complain if a bike in one shop costs 30K and in another 45K - then you have reason to ask questions.

 

Otherwise - shop around for smaller things if the price does not suite you. Problem solved..

 

Some places have cheap extras and accessories but bikes are expensive - other places other way around and then you get a certain LBS/club where everything is ka-chING!

Not a pointless complaint, just a heads up to the people to remember that not all shops are created equal. Some are a lot less equal than others.

 

As I've said, I'm taking my money elsewhere (even out the country... sad but a fact)
