I placed an order for wristbands on the Livestrong online store about 3 months ago. Paid by credit card and went of immediately after I placed the order. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

After 4 weeks I send them an e-mail requesting feedback on my order with tracking number. They replied that I need to be patient as all orders will take between 4-8 working days <?: prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" />

 

After another 4 weeks I send another e-mail requesting feedback, they then replied the order came back to them and they will send it of again.

 

Another 4 weeks, another request. Now they want to confirm my credit card details

 

This is the worst service I ever received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Just cancelled the order, they can keep my money if they need it that bad!!!

mr swiss.  why not save your hard earned rands/euro/other and invest rather in a nice pair of assos bib shorts?  If this is not to your taste perhaps you might find the time to visit a friendly gangster down in the cape flats. He will be more than willing to supply a wrist band tattoo in any colour you like.  Even pharmstrong yellow.  Also popular are kill me quick purple and smoke a lolly white.  Any other problems with international suppliers should be reported to your local triad/morrocan/SAP branch for follow up and tracking. firewolf2009-12-21 10:50:33
