What shifters and brake levers?

My Fulcrum Fullmetal Red 5s have arrived. Unfortunately not the 6 screw as I didnt specify...but thats ok. I understand that I am limited to the Shimano splined rotor. So here is the question. What shifters and brake levers do I go for? I need to obviosly look at the cost/weight/efficiency factor. Would appreciate the experts views.

U not limited to shimanos centre lock rotor,you get an adapter that fits ,and then you use any 6 bolt rotor of your choice.Do you have a bike with intergrated brake/shift levers?and are you converting from v brake to disks?If so then do price the brakes as a kit, from avid,shimano,magura etc. Then draw comparisons and choose

Not to hijack your post, but does anyone know the approximate cost of the adapters? In the same position with centre lock wheels (but I already have 6 bolt discs).

They start at around R150 each,brand depending.I dont know if there are cheaper ones out there
