First Aid Course

Can someone please recommend to me a good place to do a Level 1 first aid course in Joburg?

I've looked at the Resuscitation COuncil website list of accredited providers, but there's no particular way to see if any particular is better or worse than the others.

We used the Nirvana group for all our company training. Pretty good and professional guys, they do all sorts.

dont bother with level 1. ask for BAA training. Then from there, if you so desire, go for AEA.  then still is Paramedic.  IE. Basic Life Support (BLS) Intermediate Life Support (ILS) Advanced Life Support (ILS)  This sh*t aint cheap.  And after a sh*t load of cash, and many, many sleepless nights while busy with studies,  and then years of death and picking up body parts, you might just go crazy and loose your mind.  Then, and only then, will you be ready to begin your training as a fireman.
