Stay with the Fox unless you are a top XC racer who believes the few grams saved would help you to win.

Stay with Fox. More mechanics have experience in Fox, more spares are available and, it is a very, very good fork.

 

The DTs I've seen have the noisiest shim stacks I've ever heard. Some people think there is something loose inside the fork but it is just the valve doing its job.

Any reason why Reba is not in the mix, or just personal pref?

RS needs less maintenance, and their local support is quite a bit better (my experience)

What about the Magura Durin Race 100, how does this compare to the Fox and DT shocks?I know nothing about these dikwiel bikes and it's kit.

Reba Race, period. Reba is also tunable to run 80, 100 or 120. Light stiff. Less maintainance.
