  1. Hello all, been a long time.... I’ve got a Magura TS8 29er fork on my bike, hate it! Be that as it may, I’m putting a Reba on soon, but, I still want to replace the seals, O rings and dust seals on it, where can I get them? Who are Magura fork specialists? Any help will be much appreciated.
  2. The more I listen to Beers/Hatherly, the more I like them.
  3. Cannondale collecting their Camelbak's at the water point is also very clever.
  4. Cape Epic @Cape Epic 20 Mar 09:44 @scottmtbracing are still over 9 minutes back. #EpicMen Cape Epic @Cape Epic 20 Mar 09:44 @scottmtbracing are still over 9 minutes back. #EpicMen
  5. They just explained, Gaze pulled out after starting, great appreciation of the rules by Specialized, and potentially a masterstroke, Jarra riding support for Beers/Hatherly, not many people would be able to say that Jaroslav Kulhavy has ridden support for you!
  6. The tough terrain is what makes it possible I think.
  7. I remember that, probably the most destructive bit of riding I have ever seen!
  8. Nino is not the sort of fella that will wait, they will chase like hell.
  9. Watching Same Gaze's interview, he sounds almote p1ssed, must be worse than we give him credit for.
  10. Maxxis Aspen, also not the strongest takkies in the world....
  11. Cape Epic @CapeEpic · 38s Update on @scottmtbracing : Lars Forster has a rear wheel puncture and they were unable to repair it. He & @nschurter have least five km to descend on a rim down toward Houw Hoek and tech zone. They will be hoping their backup team is not too far back. #EpicMen
  12. No doubt that Cannondale are attacking like hell at the moment, as Phil would say "turning themselves inside out" and "cranks turning in anger"
  13. Fitting a tube, they going to have to be carefull, as the hole must be too big to plug, this could get real, if they flat again.
  14. ""on this race, he is not captain of this boat" Avancini, classic!
  15. Watching the piece on two British lads riding, one with an amputated arm, and another with an amputated leg, both blown up in Afkakistan, these are real MTBérs! Legendary!
  16. Could not agree more with the following: Probably the most inspired decision they could have made was giving Alan his way.
  17. Which in my opinion, may be a blessing in disguise, the boys are young, this is great experience for them, and will hopefully blossom into the first all South African Epic champs, they certainly have the pedigree, all round good blokes and a great advertisement for MTBíng and SA. Everyone involved in putting them together should take a bow. Sponsers, coaches, everyone!
  18. Alan Hatherly comes across as such a kief oke, well spoken, intelligent and he can ride like hell! this lad has a very bright future!! Gaze/Kulhavy riding in support of them from here in I reckon, assuming Gaze can man up to the end.
