Hi

Would love some input on the best way to get the legs toughened up a bit. Genetically I have small legs and calves that I struggle to build and in turn struggle with endurance and climbing - type riding. Are there any suggestion or workout plans that i could use to build my legs.

I try climb at least 3 times a week on my MTB on the road and usually spend a weekend in tokai, grabouw etc....but I still struggle with soft legs. My cycling partners blast away from me on the climbs and i would like to improve.
