I have a Giant IDT for sale for R500,00.

At that price range look at the RAVX TX3 or Tx4, or the giant ,cant remember the model but both are decent. .

Tacx flow. Expensive but gives you the opportunity to train with power. Try and get one secondhand

go test the giant one at your Sportsmans warehouse, and make sure you are prepared for THAT NOISE!

The best trainer is the one that you actually use....most of these things have seen very little action as we have a near perfect climate for cycling.....in Belgium and England though..! Realaxiom Elite is pretty good though if you rig up the DVD to your bigscreen and try a few TDF stages.
