All it requires is an engineer to survey that section and stipulate where the signs must be erected.

As mentioned earlier, some guys won't even give you 30 seconds to explain your initiative to them. It is obvious that some people won't bother to help you unless there is money to be made from it.shaunh2007-06-28 09:44:11
