ark Posted March 1, 2010 Share I recently purchased a set of KCNC Bearbone bar ends. When i fit them they either point inwards too much or outwards too much, anyone know why this is ?????Please help. Ark2010-03-01 13:39:
Weight Weenie Posted March 1, 2010 Share They must point inwards so they dont hook branches etc., I still hooked a fence with mine haha. Just beware of the torque settings, mine are a bit tight so I see my kcnc bar is starting to deform a bit at the clamp area

Weight Weenie Posted March 1, 2010 Share no they are made to look like they do on the first pic, pointing a bit inward. Yes there is a gap but the clamping area of the bar-end is on the bar as it should be, that space is to allow for bar plugs, get some of those, saved me the other day when i fell over from having a nice round hole in my leg... RodTi Posted March 4, 2010 Share Agree - top one is how they should be....
jamex Posted March 5, 2010 Share They should point towards the inside. What i did was i cut my my handle bar grip at an angle at the end sits flush against my bar ends. I see you have lock on grips so you can not do that.
AndreZA Posted March 5, 2010 Share It looks too me like they are too on the edge. That bulge opposite the clamp should be on the bars completely.
