Buffwhack Posted March 17, 2010 Share Please can someone advise the best option bike carrier for a Honda CRV with rear wheel mounting. I do not like the idea of the strap on type which rests on the wheel as two MTB's can weigh a fair bit. rackman Posted March 18, 2010 Share The Thule spare me 2 bike carrier is a great carrier that fits to the spare tyre by a through plate that goes through the vehicles wheel bracket, it has 3 adjustment positions to assist in centering the bike to the vehicle.
