Wonder Woman Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Yip, funny enough I had an average HR of 118 and max of 181bpm. Thanks for the lekker ride guys and it was good to see you again Amateur. I learnt that even if you doing an easy ride you need to eat, really didn't feel good those last 10kms. Well, next weekend is the Jock for me
