I know we're not suppose to walk in our road shoes but we do and shis tip will give you a bit more traction and less wear.

Buy a tube of Hi-Tec Sole Saver. Clean the sole tip and heal with spirits, benzine or anuthing that will not leave a residue behind. Build thin layers of rubber over the survice. Let is dry about for 4 hours and then ad another layer. Build it up so that it covers the little heal or toe sole that they put on the sole. If you make a mistake or want to sell the shoes, you can just peel the rubber off and the sole is back to original.

The ubiquitous spare tube that you throw away can be used for many purposes. Keep it the next time and cut it into little loops and use as rubber bands. You can utilise it too by using it to keep your spare tubes nicely rolled up. Use it as a marker on you chain to show you where you started lubung. Use it as a little rubber damper on your brakecable to take that damn irritating pinging noise away. Use it as a third hand on your V-brakes to get the brake pads lined up. Any other sues you can think of?????

Yup, I agree with Ben ..... dont run with the scissors you used to cut the tube...... rather turn around and use the scissors to defend yourself!!!!!!!!

tubeless is expensive in Africa(as far as I know) - the inflation is killing us...
