Feedback on buying Garmin 305 overseas

Check the recommended price on their site. So if a shop cuts the price to draw people it might sell for R3200, but R2300, not possible

Looked at the invoice, the post office did charge me VAT.

The prob is the invoice that came with the box:

Item Cost : $40

 

Dunno why the guy declared it like that, so I'll have to go to the post office today and tell them the real value so I can pay in the difference.

Went to sportsmans in centurion to buy a bikemount for the forerunner, they charge 2999 for the edge and 3699 for the forerunner, so i saved just shy of 2000 bucks importing!
