Our orbital trainer arrived today. The room is now almost complete. The resistance training bands must still go up at the mirror and the training balls must be inflated.

 

This little dungeon is our sole scource of "cycling" and training.

Ek sukkel nogsteeds te veel by die huis. HEt al probeer weight training, IDT(Met HOUSE, how i met your mother etc) maar dit bly boring. By die gym kan ek darm langer uithou.

 

Maar as jy nie 'n keuse het nie... Man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.

Sorry bro. I just told him that I find it very boring doing any type of excersice from home and find it easier to go to the gym, but if you haven't got a choice then his setup is quite nice.

Big H, Having a training room that looks thgis good is one thing but remember that you actually have to do something in it to get the results.

So, is a sub 3 Argus on the cards for next year????

Must be honest, there is nothing better in life (well almost!) than getting out on the road for an hour after work in the evenings.

To get past the boring part I ripped about 250 cd's to my PC hard drive and made some nice upbeat playlists, fitted a TV card to the PC and have a DVD drive with a nice big Sound Blaster system to make a lot of noise and off you go.
