The resistance training bands must still go up at the mirror and the training balls must be inflated. This little dungeon is our sole scource of "cycling" and training. I just told him that I find it very boring doing any type of excersice from home and find it easier to go to the gym, but if you haven't got a choice then his setup is quite nice. VincentBikes Posted July 9, 2010 Share To get past the boring part I ripped about 250 cd's to my PC hard drive and made some nice upbeat playlists, fitted a TV card to the PC and have a DVD drive with a nice big Sound Blaster system to make a lot of noise and off you go.
