I have been riding a low normal (rapid rise) set up for 5 years with dual control shifters. the only time its shifted poorly was because of a bent rear mech hanger and dirty cable outers. I far prefer it to my old bikes triggers. It seems to shift with far less effort perhaps in part because of the longer leverage you get with brake lever shifting. Dual controls are underrated probably because they lack the perceived coolness of triggers and are a bit "roadie". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
