Skinnydude, the Hammer products are suppose to be the dogs b*lls for endurance events. a Bit Pricey but you are already paying a arm and a leg to take part in the Epic, so might as well go all out.

used the Hammer stuff on an event up here, yes its all good exceot for their "gu" (my opinion) only problem is that i cant get the stuff up here and its does not get the approval of my tastebuds.  pricy like yoy say, ontop of what you pay, add 16% import VAT and you'll know what i have to pay....almost ridiculous.epic partner are on it

I see, well tell you what, you don't HAVE to just stick to one brand, personally I mix 2-3-4 brands together and get it to taste just the way I like it, the more the merrier I always say.LOL

Mix what ever you like together, I have a Mix of CytoMax, PowerAde or Energade with some Glutamine and Explosion X, I feel pretty confident that I?m getting in more than enough of what ever my body needs. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

"I'd say it is dodgy"...shew you must be getting a kick back from the local TCS supplement supplier.....and we know who they are. You are basing your claims on one doctors report that has no proof that these ingredients are included in FiT products....let alone the fact that he is even correct (you are the one claiming this). What i am saying is be very careful when comments like this are made & let me remind you of the agreement you accepted when registering on this site......"You agree not to use this forum to post any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws". I don't need to stoop to your level and slate other products.......

I've been using Cadence Nutrition for a year now. It's specially formulated for cycling (only) and has got pre- during- and post-ride products as well as supplements that are excellent but that don't cost a fortune.

When I last checked their website www.cadencenutrition.com/ was still being finalised, but give the guy a call (his number is on the site I think). Most knowledgable guy on cycling nutrition I've ever encountered. If your local shop doesn't stock it, they'll courier it to you.

Nope that's not me. Sean is a common name for guys born in the 1970s because Sean Connery (James Bond) was the Brad Pitt of that era. Apparently.

Gauteng shops where I've seen Cadence stocked are Morningside Cycles, Dunkeld Cycles and Illovo Cycles. But give (the other) Sean a call and he'll sort you out with whatever info/products you need I'm sure. He's always been very helpful when I've called.
